According to Get Real Bazaar owner Heather Wickstrom, her shop focuses on featuring local artists, handmade items and unadulterated mountain-town flavor. She carries Ullr helmets, handmade beer mitts, Breck Bears, Breckenridge Candles from Breckenridge Candle Cabin, body product lines, handmade jewelry, mountain-friendly clothing lines, pottery and much, much more.
"Since we collaborate with artists and designers our selection changes often and you are sure to find something new," she said. "Many of our items can be custom ordered or personalized."
Stacey from Denver, Colorado, hand-dyes tie-dye clothing for the whole family, including baby items, accessories and adult onsies, hoodies and leggings.
Breck Bears animal carvings (bears, owls and moose) are available in a variety of sizes and special orders are possible.
"Come see our cute animal faces," Wickstrom said. "It's a must-have for locals and tourists alike!"
Get Real Bazaar's body product offerings include handmade soaps lotions, bath salts, wellness salves, essential oil Roll-ons, lip butters and more.
Other one-of-a-kind items include handmade leather purses and tapestry purses, Mona B bags, wallets and small purses. Handmade jewelry includes sterling silver, chunky stone, pearl, recycled wine bottle decorated pendants, wire and mixed-metal bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings.
"Local Marcia hand-knits warm headbands, fingerless gloves, beer mitts, hats, cowls and she also makes ponchos," Wickstrom said. "Sam, a longtime local, designs and brings in 'locals favorites' reversible capes, fleece-lined leggings and beautiful scarves."
